He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Biggs and Arlene Biggs; his brother Dan Biggs; and his grandson Shane Heydenburg. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Debra Biggs and David Biggs (Kathe); his grandchildren, Jimmy Biggs (Kristin), Tony Biggs (Jessica), Samantha Davis (Josh), Kipp Heydenburg and Shawn Heydenburg; his great grandchildren, Austin Heydenburg, Michael Biggs and Madison Biggs; and his uncle Bob.
