It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricardo Torres of Lowell, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan and Virginia; and his sister Gloria Ortiz. He is survived by: his siblings, Maria Davis (Mike), Olivia Rios (Lupe), Robert Torres, Lucia Arizola, Oralia Corrales (Julian), Rosalinda Torres, Victor Torres, Josefina Hernandez (Rafael) and Juan Torres (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ofield Funeral Home (4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (101 Hall St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507). A burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery (2894 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512).
