He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Phillips and Ella Phillips (Rolfe); his sons, Randy Phillips (Faye), Russell Phillips and Jim Phillips; his grandchildren, Christopher Phillips (Nicole) and Nicole Rufin (David); his great grandchildren, Liam, Aiden and Raelyn; his sisters, Harriett Smith and Gail Acheson (Howard); his wife Lucille; and his brother Don Phillips. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
