She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Neal and Thelma Neal (Miller); and her siblings, Stanley, Jr., Delores and Eileen.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Garrett; her sons, Brian Garrett and Bradley Garrett; her grandchildren, Madeleine Dodson-Garrett and Sennett Dodson-Garrett; and her sister Diana.
