He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Manley and Virginia Manley; his siblings, Lewis Jr., Lynn, Sherry Garner and Sharon Knox; and his mother-in-law Jewell Ritenburg.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Christie Williams (Edwin), Brian Manley and Cory Bartosh; his father-in-law Tom Ritenburg; his siblings, Patricia Prusinski and Larry Manley (Mary); his sister-in-law Brenda Manley; his grandchildren, Josh, Justin, Damon, Lucas and Cole; and his great grandchild Maverick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
