He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Tap; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Nick Tap (Lesa) and Heather Sprague (Brad); his grandsons, Justin Corwin (Rachel), Jacob Sprague (Kelsey), Zachary Sprague and Lucas Sprague; his great grandchild Charlotte Corwin; his brother Keith Tap (Marlene); and his son Mark Anderson.
