He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Smith and Lyn Smith; and his grandmother Evelyn Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Jamie; and his children, Jennifer, Shelby, Jodi, Jason (Tanya) and Justin. He is also survived by many grandchildren; one great grandson; as well as many special friends.
