He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lee and Lena Lee; and his sister Ruth Kiefner (David). He is survived by: his brother Ken Lee (Arlene); and his nephews, Mike Lee, Matthew Lee (Mira) and Dan Lee (Reann).
