He is survived by: his wife Helen June Price; his sons, James Phillip Price (Hillary) and Eric Wayne Price (Kelley Anne); his grandchildren, Madison Price and Mason Price; and his pets, Ginger, Louis, Willy and Smalls.

“Jim was my best friend through high school - he was an airman who got to know my dad stationed there-as the Air Force took us different ways, I never forgot his kindness, humor, love of sports--we connected by phone several years ago and then by email in last few years - He had such a hard road to age into--but his wife and family loved him through it all - I am so grateful to them . My aunt was his teacher in high school. Small world. My love to all the family. Nancy Doyle”
