He is survived by: his wife Annette Smith of Lowell; his children, Helen Carigon (Mike) of Saranac and Eric Smith (Stephanie) of Ada; his grandchildren, Madison, Tyler and Makenzie Smith; his sister Diana Shank (Dave) of Lowell; his sister-in-law Joan Fink of Sand Lake; his brother Rick; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Keesee of Wayland.
