He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Stanley Marks and Wilma V. Marks (Holdeman); his wife Norma Jean; his daughter Dorothy Mae; and his grandson Andrew Glenn Gerig.
He is survived by: his sister Alta Miller; and his children, Jeanette (David Oliphant), Marlene (Lars Sjoholm), Thomas (Rebecca Marks) and Cynthia (Stanley Gerig). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Church (10501 Settlewood Dr SE, Lowell, MI 49331). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
