He is survived by: his son Erllee Van Hall; his parents, Sandra "Sam" Kamstra (Bruce Sr.) and Henry "Russ" Van Hall (Fran); his siblings, Philip Van Hall, Bruce Kamstra Jr., Mary Squires and Kelly Birchmeier; his grandmothers, Marilyn Lambson and Esther Kamstra; and his pets, Adele and Spook. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
