He was predeceased by: his father Christian Sam Jaffas; his stepfather Robert; and his pet Patch. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jane Smith (Crandell); his wife Rose Marie Thomas; his siblings, Glenn and Elaine Unrath (Jim); his children, Guadalupe Fox, Renee Sidebotham (Dave), Clark H. Fox and Dervis Munro (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Kelsey De Alba (Arturo), Bria Sidebotham and Nora Sidebotham. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew and many, many friends.
Alongside his professional life, Doran made significant contributions to his community.
