He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary (McElheny); his parents, Joaquina Esparza and Aileen McElheny; his brother George Esparza (Debra); his siblings-in-law, Eugene McElheny, Lois Hawkins, John McElheny, Margery McElheny, Lauretta McElheny and Jane Conroy; his nieces and nephews, Theresa Drummond (Shawn), Cathy Smith, Laurie Kuypers (Ed), Ryan Esparza (Roberta), Kristen Hynes and Kevin Hawkins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allie, Claire Kuypers, Lilian, Ruby, Cruz Esparza, Braden and Chase Hynes.
