He is survived by: his wife Terri Sue; his brothers, Rick, Neal (Sandra) and Nick Fonger; his mother-in-law Margie Raimer; and his brothers-in-law, Mark, Steven and Joseph Estes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
