We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 52, Andrew George Van Belkum (Lowell, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George Van Belkum. He is survived by: his mother Maryellen Van Belkum (Post); his sister Kathleen Van Belkum MD; and also Lyle Verrill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
