With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nelda Frazier (Livonia, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nelda left this world on July 1, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people.
