She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gaffney and Beatrice Gaffney (Fitzpatrick); her former husband William Miller; her husband Norm Phillips; and her siblings, Lois Broderick (Frank), Colleen Clancy (Robert), Sue Mullitt (Larry), Donna DeRidder (Paul) and John Gaffney (Edith). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
