It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Edward Lee of Livonia, Michigan, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Edward Lee and Barbra Allen Ingram; his wife Darlene M. Lee; and his brothers, Stanley, Kent and James.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Burns (Thomas) and Douglas E. Lee (Shelia); his grandchildren, Jennifer Allen McMullen, Daniele Elizabeth McHale, Dalton Edward Lee and Abigail Mya Burns; his great grandchildren, Aurora Elizabeth McHale, Layla Marie McHale and Artemis Olivia McHale; and his granddaughters, Danielle and Jenny.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home Chapel (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185).
