With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janis Ruth Link of Livonia, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Janis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Janis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; and her brothers, George and Larry Hearne. She is survived by: her children, David and Linda Lenard (Richard); and her grandchildren, Chelsea Lenard and Matthew Lenard (Jessica).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fred Wood Funeral Home (36100 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
