Roosen (Livonia, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Georgia Opal Dees; and his brother Kenneth Roosen. He is survived by: his wife Delphine; his sons, Richard Roosen (Sue), Michael Roosen and Christopher Roosen (Karen); his grandchildren, Chris, John, Paul, Tony and Liz; his great grandchildren, Rose, Rory, Sophia, Eleanor, Matthew and Stella Mary; his close friend Gerald Scott of Sterling Heights; and also Jerry. He is also survived by many friends, relatives, neighbors.
We ask donations to be made to the Solanus Casey Center in Detroit or the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit in memory of Jerry and in Thanksgiving for the time that we had with him during his six years with cancer.
