It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Jane Tondreau of Livonia, Michigan, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebba Mark and Main Mark; her husband Joseph; her son Jim; her granddaughter Jennifer; her daughter-in-law Vicki; her brothers, Bill and John (Dorothy); her parents-in-law, Catherine and Joseph; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny and Ken.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Vicky, Cathy (Leonard), Chris (Jeff), Julie, Pam (Chris), Annette (Jon) and Joe; her grandchildren, Wendy (Sal), Amy (Mike), Eric (Amy), Danny, Brandon, Jill (Jeff), Ashley (Justin) of Ryan, J. J., Jake (Ericka), Josh, Melissa (Josh), Jesse (Rachel), Jeana, Megan, Erika and Charlie; her great grandchildren, Catie, Lily, Allie, Francesca, Lila, Josie, Elaine, Lucas, Billy, Delilah, Cole, Kai and Soave; her brother Paul (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Leo, Anne Marie, Gloria, Gail and Carol. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manns Family Funeral Home (17000 Middlebelt Rd, Livonia, MI 48154). A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. Viewing was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Priscilla Catholic Church (19120 Purlingbrook St, Livonia, MI 48152). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in memory of Esther may be made to American Heart Association or Stand Up to Cancer.
