She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Marek and Shirley Marek (McDaniel); and her sister Suzanne Marek. She is survived by: her husband Philip Skender; her daughter Sara Marcoux (Kenneth, Jr.); her grandchildren, Kenneth, III, Teagan and Brynlee; and her brother Anthony Marek (Carolyn).
