He was predeceased by: his stepson Matthew Rovner; his mother Beverly Berry Fox; and his brother-in-law Christopher Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Amy Thomas Fox; his son Cody Fox; his stepson Michael Rovner (Sara); his father Carl Fox; his sisters, Cynthia Fox Schwalbach (Dean) and Laura Fox Van Steenis (late Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Heidi Gough (Kelly), David Thomas, Jonathan Thomas (Molly) and Tom Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
