He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Noel and Ethel Noel (Mahaffey); and his siblings, Jeanette Williams, Judith Knapp, Marjorie Nielsen, Bill Noel and Debbie Aldi.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Noel of Little Lake; his daughter Tammy DeVooght (Dennis) of Harvey; his grandchildren, Bo and Gabe Zeug; his siblings, Sandy Persons of Evansville, WI, Kay Noel of California, Pauline Black of Skandia and James Noel of Roseau, MN; and his in-laws, Don Gauthier (Susan) of Gwinn, Tom Gauthier (Robbin) of Little Lake, Kathy Akerley (Bill) of Little Lake and Cindy Gauthier of Little Lake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He volunteered many hours as BINGO Chairman and chairman of charity ticket sales, volunteered for pasties and worked many hours to help make the HOG Bike Show at the post a success which donated nearly $500, 000 to Bay Cliff Health Camp over the past 16 years, highway cleanup for 10 years and donated his time doing plumbing, electrical and odd jobs keeping the post in fine shape.
