She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Perkins and Leona Perkins (Guntly) of McFarland, MI.; her stepfather Richard Russell; and her sister Carol Belli (Russell). She is survived by: her husband James LaChance of Little Lake; her son Chad LaChance (Stephanie) of Gwinn; her granddaughters, Ashley Hank and Cameron LaChance; her sisters, Gwen Hanson of Lake Mills, WI and Lisa Noel of Roseau, MN; her nieces, Tammy Nahmens, Leann Atkinson, Nichole Siemers and Tiffany Skillman; her nephew Christopher Walker of Anchorage, AK; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Moore (David) of Little Lake and Paul LaChance (Martha) of Fort Worth, TX.
