He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard John and Armande Jean Billings (LaBlanc); and his brother Robert Billings. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Dagenais (Larry) of Marquette, Dany Billings (Diane) of Bullhead, AZ and Frank Billings (Robin) of Appleton, WI; his cousins, Tim and Ruth Contois of Skandia; his friend Tori Chiconsky of Little Lake; and his pet Little George. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
