Taggert; his daughter Louetta Taggert; his granddaughter Karry Lynn Evans; his sister Nancy Cookingham; his sons-in-law, Dennis Dimond and James Lantis; his brother-in-law Wayne Cookingham; and his pet Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Maria P. "Mary" Taggert; and his children, Kathleen Dimond, Mary Ellen Haigh (Larry), Tomas Rangel (Belinda), Hector Rangel (Noelia), Ruben Range (Norma), Yolanda Ramirez and Irene Kasalas. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
