He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hollenbaugh and Pauline Hollenbaugh (Ochsenrider); his wife Sandra (Fry); and his stepfathers, Lloyd Gilmore and Richard Curey.
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Lynn Turley of Bellevue, Leslie Dianne Hollenbaugh of Benton Harbor, Terry Bradley Hollenbaugh of Homer and James Edward Hollenbaugh of Litchfield; and his brothers, Dan, Bill, Mike Hollenbaugh and Jeff Gilmore. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
