We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 79, Sandra Ernestine Carter of Litchfield, Michigan, born in Rockwood, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leslie Green and Lela Mae Merrill; her brother Marvin Leslie Green; and her daughter Pamela Lynn Carter. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ishmeal Carter; and her daughters, Dolores Cahill (Pat) of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, Sheri Schehr (Sheldon) of Leslie, Michigan and Lisa Stille (Brent) of Litchfield, Michigan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
