He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Ginnell; his children, Paul Peterson of Quincy, Amber Dobson (Travis), Jason Crandall of Tekonsha, Carl Crandall of Coldwater, Keisha Keish and David Crandall; his stepchildren, Krystall Parker of Burlington, Jessica Williams of Traverse City, Tom Grinnell, AJ Grinnell of Hillsdale and Brandon Grinnell of Albion; and his brothers, Alfred Crandall (Jean) of Battle Creek and Mike Crandall (Samantha Pillars) of Sherwood. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
