He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty Demory, Rex and Ardyce Nelson. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Hall Jr. and Shelioh Cronkhite; his wife Shannon (Clark); his children, Mahaylee Lewis of Litchfield, Olivia Lewis of Litchfield and Jeremy Lewis (Shalina) of Bryan, Ohio; his siblings, Betsy Huggett (Bruce) of Sault Ste, Marty Lewis (Tammy) of Hillsdale, Cary Nelson (Malinda) of Albion and Shawn Cronkhite (Robin) of Coldwater; and his grandchildren, Royce and Tucker.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Litchfield.
