He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Gilliam" and Anna Elizabeth Ballard (Watson); and his son Terrance. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kindred; his brother Robert 'Bob' Ballard; his children, Michael Ballard (Gabriele), Robert 'Lee' Ballard (Teressa), Cynthia Hemker (Chris) and Clifford Ballard; and his pet Callie. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
