He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Puckett and Edna Puckett (Holbrook); and his stepfather Chuck Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Keast); his stepson Steven Wilson (Kelly) of Litchfield; and his siblings, Joyce Robinette of Litchfield, Lorene Herman (Phil) and Tom Puckett (Maryann). He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and one great-step grandchild.
