She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Pawlaczyk and Casimer Pawlaczyk; her siblings, Marie and James (Rufian); and her granddaughter Kasey Swartz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rose (Bernard), Nancy (Edward), Debbie (Tammy) and Pam (Jeff); and her stepchildren, Linda (Steve), Norman (Janet) and David. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
