He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E., Sr. and Arlene Hess; and his brother Norman E. Hess, Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, James A. Hess of Saginaw, MI and John M. Hess (Katie) of Apache Junction, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Bruce Hess (Jenny), Donna Richardson (Ronald), Earl Hess (Brenda), Cindy Aguillard, Amy Good (Aaron), Nicholas Hess and Whitney Franco (Adrien); and his great-nephew Aaron Aguillard.
