He was predeceased by: his father Robert Alan Knoop; and his in-laws, Irving and Frances ImOberstag (Bryant). He is survived by: his mother Joyce Knoop; his wife Ann ImOberstag (ImOberstag); his children, Chelsea Knoop Harper (Jeremy) and Robert James Knoop (Savannah); his grandchildren, Payne Harper, Chloe Harper, Quinn Harper and Hattie Knoop; and his sister Nance Clark (Knoop). He is also survived by sister and brother in laws, nieces, and nephews.
