She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fayette and Thressa Lula Luce (Surbrook); her son Jeremy McCarthy; and her sister Shirley Linton. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Wayne McCarthy; her daughters, Amy Owen (Chris) of Apex, NC and Briana McCarthy of Linden; her grandsons, Blake and Devan Owen; and her brother Robin Luce (Pam) of Central Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
