He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne and Mary Ellen Sargent (Hull); his daughter Kathleen Sargent; and his son-in-law Bruce Keeler. He is survived by: his wife Jerrell Ann "Jerrie" Wade; his children, Sherry Keeler of Jackson and Richard Wayne Sargent of Flint; his stepgrandson Matthew Keeler (Mandalyn) of Norton Shores; and his brothers, Raymond Sargent (Carrie) of Chandler, TX and Gary Sargent (Kay) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
