He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Stephens; and his nephew Jeff Stephens. He is survived by: his parent Wilma Stephens (Behler); his siblings, Richard Stephens (Chole) and Gary Stephens (Debi); and his nieces and nephews, Sheryl Prato (Gustavo), David Stephens (Melody), Teresa Stephens, Mark Stephens (Toni) and Jaime Sherman (Jason).
