He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl and Dorothy Helen; his wife Dorothy DeNise; his son Joseph Calvin; his siblings, Peggy Caruso, Dick Calvin, Clark Calvin, Dorothy Schnaidt and Annabeth Beach; and his nieces, Peggy Jo Eddy and Amy Curtis.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Lynn; his family, Gerri Lynn and Joseph Alan Calvin; his daughter Gerri Lynn Anderson (Brad); his stepchildren, Craig DeNise (Diane), Bruce DeNise and Dawn Campbell (Doug); his grandchildren, Beth, Shawn, Jon, Joey and Jill; his brother Charles "Bud" Calvin (Rae Jean); his sister-in-law Dorene Finzel; and his cousin Dennis Calvin (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
