He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanette Richardson (Gary), Nicholas D'Amicone and David D'Amicone (Barbara); and his nieces, Gina D'Amicone, Jacqueline Heinz (Matthew), Gayle Italia (William) and Julie Lewis (Ben).
