He is survived by: his children, Renee Ungerleider (James) of James Hart and Angela Hart (Jesse Perry); his grandchildren, Deven, Taylor, Courtney, Phebie, Daniel, Charter and Brooklyn; his great grandchildren, Gus and Owen; and his siblings, Brenda Perry (Danny), Steve Hart, Ernie Hart and Jodi McGee (Dickie).
