He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Spaulding and Letha Spaulding (Collins). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Angela Martin (David) and Bradley Spaulding (Kristan); his grandchildren, David Waskom (Dayna) and Aubrey Peplinski (Jerrod); his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Peplinski and Jennings Waskom; and his sister Patty Collick (Ernie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
