She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Gillespie and Jean Gillespie (Ryckman); her brothers, Theodore and John; her son Christopher; and her granddaughter Raelyn.
She is survived by: her husband James V. Niestroy; her children, Beth Morrow (Bobby Leist) of White Lake and James Niestroy (Susan) of Fenton; and her grandchildren, Chrysa, Kaitlyn (Patrick), Meghan (Josh), Jarrett (Sydney), Camryn, Hannah, Kendall (Nick), Eric (Courtney) and Nathan (Marielle). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
