It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane M. Nickels of Linden, Michigan, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Hakola and Irja Grizzell (Mattson) of Sault St. She is survived by: her husband Wilson Nickels; her children, Kristie Horst (Greg) of Linden and Derrick Nickels (Mona) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Zach, Garrett, Nicole, Wilson and Eli; and her sister Gloria Albrecht of Howell. She is also survived by her family and friends.
