He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Howard and Edith Howard (Maynard); and his siblings, Bob, Bertha, Jean, Dick, Clayt, Joyce, Dale and Sherry.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen L. Scherpring; his children, Jody Craft, Joseph Howard, Kimberly Minock-Burgess (Charles Burgess), Bethany Shannon (Dan) and Amy Murley (Patrick); his grandchildren, Jason Howard, Jessica Klukowski (Jason), Felcia Bigger (Alex), Rachel Zack (Mike), Charles Craft (Erin), Dave Howard, Mike Howard, Guy Minock (Krista), Matthew Minock, Mitchell Minock, Chazidee Limame, Trevor Shannon (Savannah), Tristan Shannon, Joshua Murley and Caleb Murley; and his siblings, Janice Martinez and Gary Howard. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
