He was predeceased by: his father Albert Cholewa; his son Kenneth E. Cholewa; his siblings, Donna Cholewa (Paula) and Mike Cholewa; and his parents-in-law, Phebie, Leo Pearce and Ivan Kimberlin.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Cholewa (Grzyb); his wife Sandy; his children, Melissa Daggett (Matt Fogle), Robert Greenlee (Renee), Shannon Ashford (Michael) and Penny Ouillet (Branden); his grandchildren, Nolan Greenlee (Brooke), Maddison Daggett (Isiah Nelkie), John Greenlee, Paul, Sadie Ashford, Cheyenne and Allison Ouillet; his great grandchildren, RaeLynn Maurer and Bennett Greenlee; his siblings, Jerry Cholewa (Michelle), Janis Martucci (Norm) and Larry Cholewa; his siblings-in-law, Gail Leeseberg (Warren), Linda Choate (Rick) and John Kimberlin; and his mother-in-law Karen Kimberlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
