We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Donald R. Read of Lincoln, Michigan, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Read Sr. and Emma Read; his wife Margret Apsey of Lincoln, MI.; his sister Virginia Budreau of Harrisville, MI; his children, David Read (Beth) of Hubbard Lake, MI, Teresa Hart (Greg) of Lincoln, MI and Kathy Austin (James) of Fredonia, NY; his grandchildren, Erica Wellman, Danielle Werth, Amanda Zielinski, Kristen Sherwood, Kevin Hart, Sarah Parrott, Chris Austin, Jason Ferguson, Tyler Ferguson and Anna Austin; and his great grandchildren, Emma Allen, Lily Allen, Noah LaFeldt, Hazel LaFeldt, Paxton Zielinski, Myles Zielinski, Camden Zielinski, Thayer Sherwood, Olivia Sherwood, Nora Hart, Juliana Hart, Jax Parrott, Lexi Ferguson, Madi Ferguson, George Ferguson and Eloise Ferguson. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to Hospice Compassus, in lieu of flowers.
