Kozuh; his sons, David Kozuh (Michele) and Michael Kozuh (Tracy); his grandchildren, Krystal, Nicholas, Karen and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Kaysen, Kameron, Molly, Morgan and Braxton. He is also survived by his family and friends.
